What is Empires & Allies
Empires & Allies is a military strategy and base-building game. Your island has been left in ruins and it is up to you to rebuild it: you put up houses, farms, production buildings and barracks, manage coins, wood, oil and ore, and grow your population and your level.
With the army, navy and air force you train you can take on the campaign battles and protect what you have built.
How to start in three steps

Create your account
Pick a commander name, a name for your island, an email and a password. It is free and takes a minute.

Follow the tutorial
When you sign in, the game guides you through your first buildings and goals.

Build and grow
Gather resources, train troops and prepare the defense of your island.

Rebuild your island
Your island starts in ruins. Clear the land and put up houses, farms and production buildings from the build menu.

Collect resources
Buildings produce coins, wood, oil and ore over time. When something is ready, click it and it is added to your stock.

Train your army
Barracks prepare your ground troops. Each unit costs resources and takes a while to be ready.

Add aircraft and ships
Hangars and shipyards take your army to the air and the sea. The more varied it is, the further you get in the campaign.

Defend your island
Level up, complete missions and keep your defenses up to date to protect what you have built.

Coins
The basic currency: used to build, upgrade and train.

Building material for many structures.

Produces wood, the material for many buildings.

Pumps oil, the fuel for vehicles and machines.

Open the page, sign in with your account and play: there is nothing to install and no Flash is needed. It is designed for a computer with a mouse and a big screen; on phones and tablets it can be slow or awkward to use.
Your game is saved to your account, so you can carry on from another computer.
A beta edition
The game is already playable, but we keep polishing it and things may change. If something fails, reload the page: your progress is saved on the server.
